What helps us evaluate
Useful information, when available.
Start with what you have. Missing documents do not prevent an initial screen.
- Business description, location and ownership role
- Historical revenue, SDE or EBITDA
- Customer concentration and recurring revenue
- Employees, equipment, inventory and working-capital needs
- Owner transition goals and real-estate arrangements
How it works

Frequently asked
Do I need a complete offering memorandum?
No. A short description and high-level financial history are enough for an initial screen.
Can the owner remain involved?
Possibly. We evaluate the transition around the owner’s goals, the team and what the company needs.
Do you buy the associated real estate?
We can evaluate it with the company, separately, or as part of a lease arrangement.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Confidentiality is expected. Formal agreements can be considered before detailed sensitive information is exchanged.
